Are Tianeptine, Coluracetam and Fasoracetam worth it?

I recently ordered a gram of Coluracetam and 2 grams of Fasoracetam from This was my first order from them. It went well, and the delivery was fast. First door-to-door nootropics delivery I ever got.

A bit about Coluracetam and Fasoracetam

Coluracetam is a nootropic that was initially developed and studied for the treatment of Alzheimer’s, but was later researched for major depressive disorder (MDD). Results from the latter suggest that it could be a potential medication for comorbid MDD with generalized anxiety disorder.

Fasoracetam is a nootropic that has been in a clinical trial for the potential treatment for ADHD.  Rat studies show potential amelioration of memory defects caused by a GABAb agonist called baclofen and upregulation of GABAb receptors.

Reviewing the stack

The taste of both was similar to Noopept (bitter), but not quite identical. Fasoracetam had a kind of grainy texture and the Coluracetam looked similar to Noopept. The Tianeptine had practically crystallised.

Stacking Coluracetam and Fasoracetam with Tianeptine of the sodium variety worked well at increasing my productivity. For a couple of hours… If I take it in the morning before leaving to work, just before lunch I will notice myself feeling a bit helpless and unable to get in the zone. It will gradually get worse – at home I will be more irritable than usual – until I hit the hay for a reset.

Might Tianeptine and its short half-life of 2.5-3 hours (4-9 hours in the elderly) be to blame? The other explanation is that, since I am not taking the stack regularly so the initial dose of Tianeptine might be too high. I aimed at 12mg, but sometimes ended up with 17mg instead. And that is just what the scale tells me.

I did not notice enhanced or vibrant colours (HD vision) from Coluracetam like some have. The only substance that had that kind of effect on me was Noopept. My current evaluation for these substances would be: not worth it. Don’t buy. Then again, you might react totally differently. If you are looking to try something, I would go with N-Acetyl SEMAX Amidate or NA-Selank (Amidate). The latter of which I have not tried yet, but am very interested in having a go again with NASA and the amidated version of Selank.

Nootropil brand Piracetam & Tianeptine

Hey there,

I recently decided to order some Tianeptine Sodium again. I went for a vendor that I had used before ( As far as I remember, the substance I received looked and tasted the same, but the way it affected me was not the same as before.

I guess you are not supposed to get euphoria from it unless you dose too high. Last time I took it I got slight euphoria with a mood boost, so I was open and talkative. Now I feel like it just made me more emotional.

Decided to lay off it, at least until I get a more accurate scale.

Piracetam madness

Tianeptine is not the only thing I ordered. Namely, I made an order for 30 sachets of 2.4g Nootropil brand Piracetam. Including shipping, it cost me about 18€.

What can I say about it? For starters, the taste is nasty (bitter is the best word I can use to explain it) and is masked only a bit by the the taste of oranges (specific to those Nootropil sachets). I have had worse though, Pramiracetam was ugghh… the vilest thing I have taken.

Now to the effects. First thing I notice is that I tend to max the volume of music, since it seems quieter after just having dosed. The other is the visual side. If you have ever eaten psychedelic mushrooms (or consumed as tea) or used other such drugs, it might feel a bit familiar to you. It is pretty mild, but noticeable. Objects seem sharper, and more beautiful – like the objects seem to have patterns to them.

Music is also a bit more enjoyable on it. This is probably because of the possible manic reactions to Piracetam. I am able to focus on music better, and it gets me pumped up (or affect my mood in other ways).

I took it for about a week straight. Not sure if it was a coincidence or not, but I also thought of quitting my job during this time, and felt very desperate to do so. I did not act on the urge. Recently ran out of modafinil, so it might just be that. Used to take 100-200mg of it almost every day.

What else is new?

Bought myself LG’s 34 inch UltraWide monitor (LG34UC98). I work as a back-end developer mainly writing PHP and JS, and using it has been a very pleasant experience. Plus it has a Thunderbolt2 port, so it works well with my Mac (the cable is not included). Not much content in 21:9 aspect ratio, but watching regular content is nice as well, so it basically doubles as a TV (don’t have one).

An IDRA-21 Experience and What’s Next

Since I got the flu and nothing better to do, it is the perfect time to experiment with some IDRA-21. What I failed to mentioned in my last post is that I have successfully weaned off of clonazepam. Not really. I just ran out and decided not to get a refill. Wasn’t as hard as I had read, but then again I did not use it for more than a month or two. It made me a very emotional person when under the effects. Did not like it.

1:10 PM – I take a tablet 10mg of IDRA-21.
2:40 PM – I take another 10mg of the ampakine drug, and 200mg of magnesium, in the form of diglycinate.

7:03 PM – I have a headache. Can’t say it’s from the ampakine. Might just be from the eyestrain of staring at the screen of my laptop. I will have to test further on another day.

The next day

That was a mighty fine headache I got yesterday. Luckily an OTC pain reliever was enough to rid me of it. I woke up feeling fine, but as the day progresses I get the same flu-type feelings as yesterday. It peaks at night and resets in the morning.

Current stack

I currently use the following substances in pursuit of increased work satisfaction and productivity.

  • Modafinil – 100mg in the morning, rarely 200mg when sleep deprived
  • Magnesium – 200mg to 400mg per day of magnesium diglycinate
  • Melatonin – 1mg before bed
  • Zinc – occasional 15mg zinc diglycinate tablet

Future stack

I have ordered the N-acetyl SEMAX amidate, N-Acetyl Selank and Noopept nasal sprays from Ceretropic. Hoping it will all go well, without the customs hassle ordering from US to EU.

Favorites so far

I have tried a considerable amount of substances that could classify as nootropics. I will try to list most of them and highlight my favourites or the one’s I would like to try again.
